Harshit Sharma secured the first group position in the Age 13, 15, 17 & 19 categories while Dhruv Dak was victorious at the group level in the Age 7, 9 & 11 categories on the second day of the 2-day District Level Junior Open Chess Competition that concluded today.

The competition was organized by the 64^th Square Chess Academy at Vidya Vihar School, Sector 4, Hiran Magri.

Arpita Jain, Mudit Babel and Yugansh Shukla in the Under 19 category and Yash Purohit , Chayan Dureja and Gokul Pillai in the Under 17 Category displayed their talent, while in the Under 15 category Manthan Chittora ,Uajas Shukla , Priyanshu Vaya, were the other winners, informed Vikas Sahu, Secretary of the organizing committee.

In the Under 13 category, Shubhani Kapoor, Svany Bhargav, Ujjaval Soni and in Under 11 category Divyanshu Babel, Bhavesh Sahu and Yash stood at the First, Second and Third positions respectively.

Prabhav Maheshwari, Anisha Jain, Pallav Choudhary were the other winners in the Under 9 category.

Lastly, in the Under 7 Category, Rahul Sharma, Yug Nagda and Dhruv Kalini achieved First, Second and Third positions respectively.
