Udaipur Boxers Excel at CBSE West Zone Championship
State Sports Council boxers secure two gold, four silver and one bronze in Behror, Alwar
Udaipur, August 22, 2025 - Boxers from the State Sports Council's centre excelled at the West Zone CBSE National Boxing Championship held recently in Behror, Alwar, bagging two gold, four silver and one bronze medals.
Rajasthan government’s boxing coach Narpat Singh Chundawat shared that Naisha Singh Chundawat and Goradhan Singh Solanki won gold medals, while Angel Jain, Maria Mansoori, Kavyansh Salvi and Mitransh Menaria won silver medals. Kamakshi Bajaj secured a bronze medal.
The medal winners were congratulated by Fateh Singh Rathore, Secretary of the District Boxing Association, Mahesh Paliwal, District Sports Officer, and Sanjay Soni, administrator of Shri Hemraj Rashtriya Vyayam Shala Shikshan Sansthan.
All the boxers were given a warm welcome at the vyayam shala.
