Driver injured after Auto Rickshaw’s brakes fail

A 12-seater auto rickshaw fell in the basement of an under constructed building today at Thokar Chouraha. Fortunately there were no passengers in the rickshaw. The driver received minor injuries and was rushed to the hospital.

According to sources, Driver Raju Salvi, resident of Jawahar Nagar was driving the rickshaw when suddenly its brakes failed and the vehicle went uncontrolled before falling down in the basement of an under construction building.
