UIT cleans encroached land at Paneriyon ki Madri
Taking major and strict step against encroachment, Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) demolished ove a dozen shops located in Hiran Magri’s Paneriyon ki Madri near Menaria Guest house.

Taking major and strict step against encroachment, Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) demolished ove a dozen shops located in Hiran Magri’s Paneriyon ki Madri near Menaria Guest house.
Around 40000 sq ft area land that is owned by UIT was under encroachment from long time. After intimating the shop keepers to vacant the land by a given deadline, UIT’s demolition squad wiped out the illegal constructions.
A team of police including UIT Secretary Ram Niwas Mehta was present during the operation. Nearly half a dozen JCBs were used to demolish the encroachment.
Mehta said that some people have illegally taken over lands of UIT worth Crores of rupees and were running their business here. Those who did not take our warning seriously suffered today, said Mehta.
